Julia Collection will accept returns on unopened items, if the wrong item was sent, or an item was damaged on arrival*, within 7 days of delivery for a refund.** Once a return request has been made, a free printable return shipping label will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you used to place your order.

Our return policy does not allow the following items to be returned:

  • Used/Opened Items
  • Return requests after 7-days of delivery

Please allow 25 business days for credit to apply. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your payment source to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

To Return an Item:

  • Simply log-in to your account, go to the "My Account" menu and choose "Completed Orders".
  • Choose the Return Item(s) button for the relevant orders, fill out the required information and submit.
  • Print the free return label, and the Packing Slip we send to your e-mail
    (Please allow 1 business day for return labels to arrive in you inbox).
  • Properly package all items listed on Packing Slip. Place Packing Slip in package. Affix shipping label and take the package to any USPS location or drop box for return delivery.
  • We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

*Julia Collection must be notified via email (info@juliacollection.com) of items that are found damaged on arrival within 3 days of delivery for a refund to be valid.

** Refunds, if applicable, do not include the original shipping fee paid by the buyer. Any item(s) being returned must arrive to Julia Collection in the same order in which it was received. Any damaged items will void the refund (unless the item falls under the damaged on arrival category). Please ensure any return items are packaged accordingly.
